forefront of pediatric trauma education, bringing together multidisciplinary healthcare providers to share best practices, cutting-edge research, and innovations in pediatric trauma care. Our mission is to improve outcomes for
pediatric trauma patients through education, collaboration, and innovation.
The Midwest Pediatric Trauma conference offers continuing education credits to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Paramedics, EMTs, and Respiratory Therapists so truly is multidisciplinary.
This year’s conference will feature keynote presentations from leading experts in pediatric trauma care, interactive workshops, and dedicated sessions on the latest advancements and research. Attendees will have ample opportunities to network with peers, share insights, and collaborate on solutions to improve patient care.
Since introducing our hybrid model in 2021, we have expanded our reach, attracting participants from across the nation and internationally. This approach allows us to offer inclusive and accessible education to healthcare
providers worldwide, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from our expert-led sessions.
This year, we are honored to welcome Dr. Mark Slidell, pediatric surgeon from Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and a leading expert in pediatric trauma, as our keynote speaker. Our sessions will cover critical topics including mental
health in first responders, injury prevention, and surgical care of trauma patients.
